When top men are dancing with side ladies, some sets will have the top ladies dancing in at this point as well.
Some sets will allow all ladies to advance and retire at this point, regardless of whether they're dancing with a dancing man or not.
Men move on by moving into the centre turning clockwise, facing eachother, and moving on to the lady that is now more or less straight ahead of them.
The men are going to dance with the lady that was previously just on their left.
This move looks a bit like a boomerang - the men move out into the set in an anticlockwise 3/4 arc in order to get to the lady.
This is one of those moves that is difficult to explain neatly and do correctly.
It helps if the women know who is supposed to be dancing with them next and signal/grab the man as appropriate.
