A spare hour or two on a Sunday night. Not enough to really go through and listen to all the new stuff I've got and get a good feel for it and compile a really good mix. And yet... I've recently bought the vinyl of 'Dreams' - originally by Quench, remade by Miss Shiva, remixed by Humate, transcribed faithfully into high-quality MP3 (defying Australian laws forbidding format changing). That's where I want to start, certainly. And what better way to get to know the music than to listen to it? Why not get some practice live mixing (in the forlorn, quaint and probably futile hope that some day I will get a spot mixing at a club somewhere, somehow...) by doing a Hyperdog Mix (a name I chose simply because I thought it sounded cool - mmmmm, a dog in more than three dimensions!).
So here it is - some new stuff, some old stuff, moving from progressive trance to psychedelic and back and forward, mostly around the 140BPM area. Enjoy!
